Sinergi Minat Baca Al-Qur'an dan Kemampuan Bahasa Arab dalam Menggapai Prestasi Tahfidz Gemilang
Abstract
The enthusiasm of Muslims towards memorizing the Qur'an is increasing from time to time. This phenomenon can be seen from the development of Islamic boarding schools with the main focus on Tahfidzul Qur'an education. The ability to memorize the Qur'an is not only influenced by individual interest in this activity, but also by mastery of Arabic as the main means of understanding the meaning and context of the Qur'an. This study aims to analyze the effect of interest in memorizing the Qur'an as well as Arabic language skills on the achievement of memorizing the Qur'an. The results are expected to provide new insights in the development of Qur'anic education in Indonesia, especially in producing a superior and competitive generation of Qur'anic memorizers.
